By registering an account with WealthBuilder ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To use our investment services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform

3. Investment Plans

We offer various investment plans with different terms:

  • Starter Plan: 10% return over 30 days
  • Silver Plan: 15% return over 30 days
  • Gold Plan: 20% return over 30 days
  • Platinum Plan: 25% return over 30 days
  • Diamond Plan: 30% return over 30 days
  • VIP Plan: 35% return over 30 days

All investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

  • Minimum deposit: R2,000
  • Deposits are processed within 1-24 business hours
  • We accept bank transfers and cryptocurrency payments

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: R100
  • Maximum withdrawal: R50,000 per transaction
  • Withdrawal fee: 2% of transaction amount
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days

5. Referral Program

Our referral program offers:

  • R50 bonus for each successful referral
  • Referral bonuses are credited after referred user makes first deposit
  • Referral bonuses can be withdrawn after 30 days

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that:

  • Violate our terms of service
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to manipulate the system
  • Provide false information

Suspended accounts will have their balances frozen pending investigation.

Investing carries inherent risks including:

We do not guarantee any specific returns on investments.
